Bajaj ULC is Ready to Compete Tata Nano 2012 in A Small Car War

Bajaj ULC is ready to give competition to Tata Nano 2012, Bajaj’s small car ULC (Ultra Low Cost) will be unveiled on January 3rd,2012 at the Auto Expo.

Both Cars is will be unveil back to back in January 2012. Bajaj Small car is more of an upgraded three-wheeler rather than a scaled down hatchback and draws heavily on Bajaj’s expertise and experience in the three-wheeler segment.

This ultra-low-cost small car of Bajaj will be featuring path-breaking fuel efficiency and hence the price tag of the car is expected to be higher than Nano.As per an agreement,Bajaj has an option of marketing under Renault brand and hence Renault will be particularly interested in the Bajaj small car.

Not many details of the Bajaj ULC car is known at the moment except that the car will deliver a high mileage. Also, the cost of the car could be higher than that of the Nano, which means that the Nano could still retain the tag of the world’s cheapest car.

Given that the Indian car buying populace’s response to the Nano has been tepid at best, it would be quite interesting to see how the response is for the Bajaj Ultra Low Cost car. The Bajaj Ultra Low Cost car will be unveiled at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi on the rd of January, 2012.

The Auto Expo 2012 Show which will be held at Pragati Maidan is being operated by International Trade Promotion Organization. Auto Expo 2012 to be held next month there will be about 50 auto companies both national and international eager to showcase their lineups to the host of visitors expected to throng the halls.
