Google includes Rich Snippets as a Google Search Ranking Factor, releases ten videos on Rich Snippets.

Google’s rich snippets are special markups used by webmasters to enhance the Google search results. They often take a while to show up in the search results, and often lead to webmaster confusion on if there are issues with the markup used or just a delay on Google’s side.

Everyone is looking for an edge in the search engines. We got that. Rich Snippets really do matter and it is obvious to us when we ourselves are looking for a certain information online. With limited time to scan through each website and by just scanning through the rich snippets instead we tend to choose those that offer relevant and all-inclusive information.

So, it literally means that even if you gain Google No. 1 position for a particular keyword, unless you have a rich snippet that spells relevance and engages curiousity, the probability of your target searcher turning into a web visitor reduces considerably and there would be no question of positive conversion rates. For now, lets call the number of visitors skipping your website search appearance as pre-bounce rate and you certainly do not want this number to increase as it is as damaging as the bounce rate on your website.

Probably one of the most effective ways to build a sound website foundation is to follow some of the suggestions Google offers to everyone. You might say, if everyone is doing it then we all look alike so how does that help? Well, it’s simple. Not everyone does the basics well. And if Google is going to give you information in a quick 10 video series about rich snippets why not take the time and the advice and put it to good use?

Google invented a new technology, in this Android phone users can chat with his own language and command also. According to source company is going to add Natural Language Processing feature in Google Voice actions.

Voice actions required you to use specific commands such as “send text to…” or “navigate to…” where, like Siri, Majel will allow actions to be performed in your natural language. Google search queries will also be included with the initial release, which could come this year. It is suggested that the release is slated for this year because the folks over at Android and Me heard that Google X engineers are working around the clock to finish the first release. The also heard that the folks at the New York Times previously had reported that a product would be released by Google X this year. As you know, December is about half way over so that may not happen but controlling phone actions and applications with natural language commands is expected to come later.

Google’s Matias Duarte said,”Our approach is more like Star Trek, right, starship Enterprise; every piece of computing surface, everything is voice-aware. It’s not that there’s a personality, it doesn’t have a name, it’s just Computer”.

In the next few months, Google will use for the search query. After that Google will provide all the facilities.

Visitors to Google’s homepage were greeted with a stylized logo reminiscent of Blair’s art style.

Blair, who was born in Oklahoma on 21 October 1911, was best known for the artwork she contributed to animations including Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and Cinderella. She also illustrated a number of children’s books.

Blair’s colourful, childlike images – vaguely reminiscent of the cubist movement – are credited with bringing modern art into popular animation and influencing a generation of illustrators.

Walt Disney was so taken with her designs that he recruited her to work on It’s A Small World, an attraction that debuted at the 1964 New York World’s Fair and has since been recreated in all of Disney’s theme parks.

Google’s doodle features an image of the illustrator as she would have drawn herself, surrounded by the simplistic patterns and shapes that made up her familiar cartoon world.

Much of Mary Blair’s greatest work came in the 50′s, with films such as Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan. She then left Disney and worked as a freelance artist, although she continued to do work for Disney-affiliated companies. She died in 1978 and today’s Google doodle marks her 100th birthday.

Mary Blair died on July 26, 1978 due to a cerebral hemorrhage.
