Motorola Droid Razr HD Closer To Release Date
It looks like the countdown for the release Droid Razr HD has just begun because the Droid Razr HD(XT926) has officially begun showing up in 3rd party Cellebrite systems and if just in case you are wondering what a Cellebrite system is then let us tell you in simple words, it is a device used to transfer information from one device to another. That is more than enough one needs to know about it.
It might shock you but according to the estimated release dates, the smartphone, originally code named as the DROID Fighter, should have been out by now but it looks like Verizon and Motorola are taking their time which could be forgiven if they gift us with a really good smartphone. Other than Droid Razr HD being in Cellebrite systems, we can’t really get much information on it except the model number of XT926 which matches up to previous sightings.
It has been confirmed from sources that the Droid Razr HD would have a camera capable of atleast shooting 720p HD videos, apart from that there is still no official word on the tech specs of the Droid Razr HD but we could at the very least say that the smartphone would surely come with a 4.6″ HD 720p Gorilla Glass display, on-screen navigation keys, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, and 4G LTE. Seeing the current market trend, Droid Razr HD might actually have NFC because similar features are being offered by its competition, namely HTC, in the same budget segment so it won’t be totally unpractical to expect NFC from Droid Razr HD.
The Droid Razr HD will finally bring Motorola up to speed with the 720p equipped devices we’ve seen offered for months now from the likes of HTC, Samsung, Sony and even LG. But as there’s an old saying, its better late than never.
