Nexus 7 has already received countless appreciations and positive reviews from many tech blogs since its release date. Apparently, only a few people were lucky enough to get their hands on the developer edition of the Nexus 7 but that however has changed.
Google has now already started to ship out the pre-orders of Nexus 7 for UK and Canada. So it is only a matter of few days before you get to taste the goodness of Jelly Bean.
A few days ago, many people were greeted by a shipping notice from Google Play that the Nexus 7 which they pre-ordered has already been shipped and should be arriving in 2-3 working days.
If you are one of those lucky people who got the shipping notice then before you go the official website for tracking your yet to be delivered Nexus 7, let us remind you that it takes upto (most of the times around) 24 hours for the TNT tracking reference to go live.
Nexus 7 features Android v4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A9 processor. Nexus 7 comes with a 7 inch LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and nearly 216 ppi. The only downsides which have been surfaced till now is that the Nexus 7 comes with only 8/16 GB of internal memory and without the support of microSD card another problem with the Nexus 7 is that it does not feature a rear camera.
However, if you are someone from US or Australia and are waiting for your Nexus 7 pre-order to be shipped then don’t worry, Google has now officially confirmed by posting in the official Google Play support page that all the pre-orders for US and Australia will be shipped by July 17th. Below is the exact statement which was posted on Google Play support page.
“We’re now shipping Nexus 7 preorders. All US and Australia preorders are scheduled to ship by July 17th. UK and Canada preorders have also begun shipping in waves.”
Feel free to comment when are you going to get your Nexus 7 pre-order.
