Samsung Galaxy Note 2 release date was always a matter of dispute between many of the experts. While some said that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would be launched in the early days of October, others believed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would be launched when ever the iPhone 5 release date nears.
However, it has now been confirmed by Samsung itself that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would release on August 2 9 in a Samsung Mobile event in Berlin. The event will take place two days before the consumer electronics trade fair IFA.
Some South Korean blogs report that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 might come with a 5.5-inch unbreakable display which is slightly larger than the current Note’s screen size. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is also rumored to have a faster processor and a significantly better camera than the current Galaxy Note.
As for the other Samsung Galaxy Note 2 tech specs, it is all but rumors with untrusted source but still here is what speculations say. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will have a surprisingly high resolution of 1280X720 allowing to watch full HD movies on the 5.5 inch screen itself, something that the current Samsung Galaxy Note lacked. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is also expected to have a quad-core Exynos processor and the Exynos 4412 and will probably feature the same Exynos 4 Quad core processor that the Samsung Galaxy S3 boasts.
Since the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be releasing months after the release date for Jelly Bean, it will be a pretty safe bet that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would come with Jelly Bean right out of the box.
On a similar note, Samsung launched its flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 in May, while Apple is being rumored to debut the iPhone 5 on September 12. So after the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 release, the Apple iPhone 5 is going to face tough competition from Samsung’s galaxy series.
