Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update release date was originally rumored to be August 29th but thanks to a video on YouTube, we now have an idea how Jelly Bean would look on this Galaxy device.
Apparently, a video found on YouTube by AndroidPolice has revealed one of those first few Samsung Galaxy S3′s running on Jelly Bean. From what GottaBeMobile sources tell, the update is still in its testing phase and is supposed to be rolling out at the end of this month, which syncs perfectly with the rumored 29th August release date.
The 10 min long video shows some of the new features which the Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S3 would be coming with. For instance, the video shows how the new redesigned notifications bar works which also includes the ability to share screenshots easily(something, which the Android developers wanted since ages), a quick demonstration of Google Now, the text predictive service, etc.
Even though the video isn’t what you would call smooth, the effect of project butter could be easily seen specially in the smooth transitions between the screens. The video isn’t in English, but you should be able to have a fair idea how Jelly Bean on Samsung Galaxy S3 would look like.
As for the Jelly Bean update release date for Samsung Galaxy S3, international users should see the update by the end of this month while the US users would have to wait a little while longer thanks to the carriers who like to include their own touch in the OS.
