HTC has finally announced launch of the new Sensation XL smartphone in India. The company has announced the smartphone for Rs. 38,800 in India, which does seem insanely high.
It seems like a rival of iPhone 4S which is available in market, In comparison, the iPhone 3GS retails for more and the technologically inferior iPhone 4 still costs £429.

The HTC Sensation XL features a 4.7-inch display, HTC Sense UI 3.5 layered on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, facilitated with Beats Audio technology for better audio output, and bundles a pair of earphones as well. The Best Buy price that has been in Indian market for HTC Sensation XL is Rs 38,800.
HTC Sensation XL is attracting the attention of many smartphone users in the India, with the help of its massive 4.7-inch Super LCD display facilitated with 480 x 800 pixel resolution. Moreover, the model also has a slim 9.9 mm body. It offers a single core 1.5 GHz, Qualcomm Scorpion MSM8255T, mobile processor with Adreno 205 graphics. Its chipset can efficiently support the dual-channel low-power DDR2 memory clocked at 333 MHz and 768MB of RAM.
The use of Android 2.3 platform and Beats Audio technology to easily incorporate pre-configured audio profiles loaded on phones are some other main attractions of the new HTC Sensation XL.
