With the new leaked promotional pictures of the Sony Xperia J, it looks like there is just no end to the Xperia series by Sony.
In case you don’t know what Sony Xperia J is and what it has in store for you then here is a quick refresher for you. Apparently, Sony is planning to launch a budget-friendly handset which will be named as Sony Xperia J ST26i. It has already been leaked that the handset will feature a 4-inch WVGA display, 1700 mAh battery, 512MB RAM, microSD card slot, 5MP rear camera and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. And so far, the only leaked picture was from the courtesy of a Russian blog Mobile-Review which was just enough to confirm its existence.
And just yesterday afternoon were leaked more pictures of the alleged Sony Xperia J, thanks to ePrice, and even though they don’t reveal anything new about the tech specs, they sure do confirm that the phone will be following the same footsteps(in terms of design) as its predecessors in the Xperia series and will be coming in the same candybar and a slightly bent form.
As for the release date, it is being heavily expected that the Sony Xperia J will be officially launched at the IFA press event and might release on the same date along with Xperia tablet and Xperia TX smartphone.
